Not less than 51 people were killed and 21 injured in Boko Haram attacks on Borno State yesterday.
The insurgents raided Gurmushi village in Marte Local Government Area of Borno State, Vanguard reports. They set the whole village ablaze, leaving many of the villagers displaced. Most of the villagers reportedly took refuge in Cameroon.
Marte is a border community with Chad and Cameroon.
